We are looking for a Project Manager (Salesforce) IV to join our growing team. In this role, you will plan and manage business projects, and make sure they are completed on time. Our ideal candidate will have experience with planning, scheduling, and budgeting and has experience with large technology integrations. If you enjoy making an impact as a Technical Project Manager, this position could be a great fit for you!

This position is a hybrid position with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote and will be a W-2 Hourly 3-6-month contract with possible extension. 

The hourly rate is $60/hr. – $63/hr. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define project goals and objectives.
• Create detailed timelines, cost estimates, and resource requirements for each project.
• Develop a comprehensive plan and schedule for each stage of technology integration.
• Regularly report project progress to senior managers and clients, providing updates on milestones, challenges, and resolutions.
• Identify potential risks associated with the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure that the final deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading Salesforce implementation programs.
• Deep projecet/program management and executive communication skills, ideally honed through prior work experience at a top tier consulting firm.
• Experience leading large, highly complex transformational programs from strategy through to execution.
• Exceptionally well-organized, action oriented, an excellent listener, and thoughtful communicator with a record of demonstrated success communicating effectively across all levels of an organization from entry level staff to executives and in both technical and nontechnical, business languages.
• Problem solving skills, including specifically: the ability to develop and analyze options/hypotheses objectively, develop comprehensive and mutually exclusive criteria/hypotheses to support strategic decision making, apply industry leading decisioning frameworks to arrive at decisions, and facilitate negotiations / discussions involving groups of large diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce Media Cloud or related technologies is a must. 
• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies.
• PMP, Agile, and Scrum certifications are a plus but not required.
