Pure Integration is looking for a Product Manager II (IOT & Smart Devices) who shares our excitement for smart networking devices, and Internet of Things (IOT); software development; and building delightfully intuitive, performant, and disruptive products. This individual will be responsible for identifying and creating product requirements and taking ownership from initial concept through delivery. Will need to understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers and create new approaches. Works closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams. It is important they will be able to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements. Ability to dive dep into technical considerations as needed.

Work Arrangement: W2 Hourly Contractor, Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
- Dedicated member of the development team focused on Internet of Things and Smart Devices, and collaborate with the business and external syndication partners.
- Draft requirements of service offerings and share with the development team.
- Ensures deliveries align with their requirements by demonstrating working software at the end of each sprint cycle while collaborating with other product owners, product managers, operations leadership and agile team members. Drive the story elaboration process for your team, ensuring at least 2 sprints worth of ready stories.
- Prioritize the team backlog to best achieve goals and outcomes.
- Regularly attend and actively participate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and other Product Owners to define and coordinate feature development across other teams, where necessary
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience functioning as the Product Manager/Owner working with development teams and external syndication partners.
- Experience writing and refining user stories for software teams.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Rally, Jira, etc.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry a plus".
- Experience with smart devices (Internet of Things) such as SmartHome, Windows Sensors, Mobile Applications, and Physical Devices that run on Cloud Services
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related fields. Or equivalent work experience.
Colorado Compliance: W2 Hourly Rate Range - Full time, 40 hours a week, at $38 - $44 hourly.
