pureIntegration is seeking a Technical Program Manager IV (Information Technology) to join our team! Beyond solid program delivery and technical skills, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in the delivery of complex large-scale software projects. Must have a strong internal drive, collaborative skills, and experience in delivering complex systems on time. Experience with cable ad tech software and processes a plus.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as program management hub to ensure streamlined communications across all parties and achieve live system goals for Cable Ad Tech software migrations
  • Publish an overall program schedule listing all major dependencies and milestones for a successful deployment of the solutions
  • Manage cross-team RACI to assist with Vendor accountability in order to migrate to new software systems
  • Ensure continuous knowledge transfer to client's team members
  • Provide coordination of ecosystem updates, upgrades and replacements & deployments
  • Manage program level risk & issues tracker
  • Provide detailed weekly summary reporting on accomplishments, setbacks and forecast challenges for the week ahead
  • Provide rolling dependency tracking amongst vendor systems and teams
  • Provide third-party oversight and accountability tracking
  • Conduct monthly steering committee updates for executive-level program overview and escalation of critical risks and business decisions

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote)

Work Authorization: Green Card and US Citizens Only - We Do Not Accept H1B Visas.  We Do Not accept C2C relationships.

Term of Contract - work as W2 Hourly contractor through 12/31/2022 with extention into 2023

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role and 5-8 years managing projects.
  • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
  • This is a single or multiple incumbent(s) position that typically exists in a small to medium size enterprise with multiple project managers, project leaders and/or project support staff as direct or dotted line reports.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cable ad tech industry preferred
  • Working in Agile development Environments
  • Project Management certification is preferred
  • Experience tracking and translating engineering discussions into actionable engineering tasks and next steps
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and contribute as part of a larger team, with the ability to influence.
  • Ability to take responsibility for multiple projects and manage through to completion.
  • Excellent management skills, with the demonstrated ability to develop platform software
  • Mastery in Tools like MS -Office, Jira dashboarding, Confluence, MS- Project, Smartsheet. Comfortable using Splunk and other data sources
