pureIntegration is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst III The ideal candidate will work with the team to analyze how the process is working today and what areas of improvement are needed. Some areas of the process are not yet defined and will need to be created and designed from scratch.  Once solutions are identified they’ll work with cross functional teams to gain buy in and deploy that new process.  Secondly, the team will iterate and continue to create improvements. 

Location:  Client site is Denver, CO. Position is remote.
 
Work Arrangement:  Contract W2 hourly role, initial contract period through 12/31/2021 with possible extension for additional year.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is experienced in process improvement, process analysis, and process implementation.  A background in Program Management is ideal, but the focus of this role will be around “process”.  Technical aptitude is important as much of the current process workflow and day to day will be in JIRA so advanced knowledge of Jira is a must.  Nice to have:  Kanban, Agile, Scrum background (not needed but nice to have.)  A background or knowledge of EazyBI or Tableau would be nice to have as well, to understand metrics of the process, how long tasks sit in each queue, etc.

Required Skills & experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• Atlassian tools: Advanced knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• JQL
• Knowledge of Service Now/iOP
• Experienced with business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement/process design, and change management
• Program management experience including 5+ years managing large, cross functional programs, ideally in the Media or Technology space
  • May be responsible for tracking program milestones and reporting status to higher level Program Managers
  • Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity. More senior role has responsibility for multiple large, complex projects with greater impact to the enterprise.
• Knowledge of how to manage and groom a backlog
• Knowledge and experience as a JIRA “Admin”
• Advanced Microsoft O365 skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Forms, SharePoint

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• SharePoint administration
• Smartsheet
• Eazy BI/Tableau (?)
• Power Automate

Pay rate for this role is $36/hr W2.
