Pure Integration is seeking an Information Technology - Trainer - cable traffic & billing software  focused on cable advertising traffic software.  The ideal candidate must have outstanding communication and presentation skills. This role supports an IT organization and ad sales team at a cable MSO.

Type of Role: 1099 Contract

Location: Remote

Work Authorization: We Do Not Sponsor H1B Visas.  No C2C Relationships

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, develop and / or continually update technical architecture and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),
• Assist with deployement of Ad Suite Billing Solution to ensure streamlined communications across all parties and achieve live system goals,
• Assist with replacement  of legacy Billing product migrating to new Ad Suite utilizating Imagine and Operative API’s when available,
• Assit with connecting Ad Suite and work with Operative, Imagine and a4 Media Technical teams to integrate with those connections,
• Facilitate Process Gap and Operational Impact Analyses,
• Finalize Process/ Workflow Scope Document,
• Develop: Process Inventory and Future State Process Models, Method & Procedures, Job Aids and Training Material,
• Support User Acceptance Testing and execute User Acceptance Testing and Production Training to a group of approximately 30 employees

Additional Responsibilities:

Must be organized, have strong analytical abilities, excellent speaking and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience and knowledge of Cable traffic & billing software preferred, but will consider candidates with Billing experience, Television Broadcast Operations, or agency/rep firm experience.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• 5 years of hands-on technical training experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Technical Writing, Business Administration, or another related field, or equivalent work experience.
