Pure - we are a very successful and fast-growing group of healthy, fast-food restaurants based in Central London. The Pure menu focuses on fresh, natural and delicious food and drinks. 

With eleven sites already open, we have just received significant investment to double in size over the next few years. We have a team of 200+ people feeding over 50,000 Londoners every week either in-store or via our delivery service and want to reach 100,000 people a week by the end of 2017. 

Most of our products are handmade every morning so having experience working in cold food preparation or fast-food is an advantage, but not essential. 

Your training will begin in our kitchen by preparing salads, wraps and flatbreads until lunchtime. You will then serve our customers from our theater kitchen during the busiest period of the day. 

You will also be trained in how to serve our customers. Our front-of-house team looks after our guests, working on the tills and most importantly, making our customers feel welcome.
