Sales Account Manager- Wholesale
Job Description
My Client are a fast fashion online brand , fast becoming a well known brand, with customer, social media and celebrities. Known for Footwear and now also venturing into clothing.
They are looking to recruit a dynamic Wholesale Key Accounts Manager to play an important role in growing our wholesale business.
The role will require at least 2-3 years experience in a similar fashion position.
Key Responsibilities
My client would like to expand their account base and looking for a new Wholesale account Manager who has previous contacts which suit this young brand. Ideally you have fashion clothing , footwear experience.
Managing new Wholesale account- opening accounts- taking the brand forward
You would host regular buy meetings, where stockists will place orders for their new season collections. Create and manage your own critical path, impending deliveries & POs. You would be encouraged to grow the business season by season and ensure the rapport with the client is excellent. Reporting to the Director , You will be expected to produce weekly sales reports figures.
Additional responsibilities
Selecting product with buyers
Ensuring development meets stockists requirements
Following and tracking orders from suppliers
Ensuring delivery dates are met
Preparing appropriate documentation for incoming & outgoing deliveries
Reporting to the Directors & Senior Management on progress/sales/orders
Uploading product into concessions
Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Critical path management / Excel / Speed / Proactivity / Organisation
• Proven account management skills
• Good understanding of figures and analysis
• Strong visual communication & presentation skills
• Strong affinity with fashion and trends
• Genuine passion for customers, retail, fashion, brand and product
• A self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively
• Enthusiasm, energy and determination – a good sense of humour also helps!
- Must have a minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role.
