Job Description

Our Creative Team is seeking a creative, multi-faceted, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be developing graphics for both digital and print. We are all about creativity, storytelling and brand recognition through high-quality, professional designs and campaigns. Your job duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Meet with Project Management Team determine the scope of a project.

  • Attend creative briefs with clients on strategies to reach a particular audience.

  • Determine the message the design should portray.

  • Create mood boards based on market research.

  • Create images that identify a product or convey a message.

  • Develop graphics for product illustrations, branding, logos, print materials, brochures, billboards, digital ads, websites.

  • Select colors, images, text style, and layout based on target market and research.

  • Present the design to the project manager.

  • Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design.

  • Review designs for quality control.

  • Win awards for excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent years of experience, agency experience is a plus.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Animator and After Effects a plus.

  • Strong problem solving skills with a creative approach and openness to wearing multiple hats

  • Ability to adapt style and designs to meet branding criteria and requirements

  • Excited to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse learning techniques

  • Able to Adapt to the needs of Marketing or any design requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks

  • Experience with taking a concept from conceptualization to production.
