Job Description

  • Assisting the full recruitment process through to offer stage, acceptance and onboarding.
  • Provide an engaging experience for every candidate, from application to handover for onboarding.
  • Managing hiring manager's expectations, giving advice in line with the market feedback.
  • Shadowing hiring managers to understand the profiles they look for.
  • Working with hiring managers to structure appropriate screening practices and interviews in line with specific role requirements.
  • Developing close working relationships with HR Managers/Advisers (globally).
  • Acting as a point of contact for queries coming into the HR and effectively liaising with team members and the business to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Working with social media to increase direct hires.
    Liaising with preferred recruitment agencies and briefing them on current requirements.
  • Help to organize and manage meetups and events.

Qualifications

  • At least 1~3 years technical talent acquisition/sourcing experience in a corporate environment with full recruitment process through to offer stage, acceptance and onboarding.
  • Strong Technical understanding obtained through past technical/product recruitment or technical background/education.
  • Significant knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple relationships.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • High level of drive, a self-starter who can deal with significant ambiguity.
