Job Description
- Establishes relationship with the client's Information Technology and Business Unit executives as a trusted adviser who will understand their issues, needs, and requirements.
- Manages client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensures profit objectives are met.
- May lead business development teams in identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in growing the existing business in the account.
- Engage with principal, partners, suppliers, in the sales activities on IT services of the Company
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and to maintain good customer rapport.
- Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy
- Investigate customer's complaints on quality, delivery, service etc and to recommend corrective measures.
- Present, negotiate and prepare contracts & quotations etc
- After warranty, follow up on maintenance sales.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Highly preferably someone with experience in maintenance sales.
- Good Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill.
- This position is opened to Malaysian and those who hold valid residency locally only.
