We are seeking Contract Recruiter for seasonal and new project recruiting needs.  

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee file in ATS and CMS systems

• Prior high volume recruiting experience required, preferably on an agency or high volume corporate team.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• General understanding of ATS functionality
• Familiarity with social recruitment tools and methods a major plus
