Job Description

What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Associate, Project Management, you will play a key role in working with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage end-to-end delivery of campaigns for all pending launch and live activity. You will be responsible for tracking the status of items to ensure communications are being managed both internally and externally for launch on time. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all related efforts for end-to-end delivery of campaigns
  • Acts as main point of contact between the media agency and creative partners (Digital)  
  • Manages project deliverables from start to finish- ensuring Quality Control processes are adhered to throughout
  • Analyzes and prioritizes multiple activities and project needs, while establishing attainable deadlines 
  • Effectively monitors ad development to ensure they are delivering as promised (on time, on budget, etc.) 
  • Project Management of the asset handoff, QA, and revision communications
  • Responsible for proactive planning, with visibility into all deliverables and flags issues, risks, dependencies

Qualifications

  • BA or BS from 4 year accredited University preferred
  • Agency experience highly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience managing creative assets for media (digital and video in particular)
  • 1+ years of experience working in media
  • Vendor management experience
  • Experience managing workflows, project plans
  • Ability to multi-task, be proactive, resourceful
  • Organized, detailed
  • Strong communicator
  • Collaborative, team player

Additional Information

Compensation Range:  $46,500 - $67,500 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
