Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Setup and Management:

  • Assist in the creation, traƯicking, and launch of digital ad campaigns across various channels including display, video, social, and programmatic.
  • Set up and manage ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek, etc.), ensuring correct traƯicking of creatives, targeting, and reporting.

Optimization and Monitoring:

  • Continuously monitor the performance of campaigns, analyzing key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI, etc.) and making data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign delivery and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad creatives, targeting, tracking, and delivery to ensure campaigns are running smoothly.

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform QA checks on creative assets, tracking pixels, and tags to ensure proper deployment and functionality across various platforms and devices.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, platform policies, and best practices in ad serving and reporting.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Regularly provide detailed performance reports and insights to internal teams and clients, using platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or proprietary reporting tools.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for improving campaign performance based on data analysis and industry trends.

Client and Internal Communication:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding campaign performance, optimizations, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, sales, and creative teams, to ensure campaign objectives are met.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, ad technologies, and best practices (e.g., new features in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms).
  • Explore new advertising platforms and opportunities to improve client performance and campaign eƯectiveness.

Qualifications

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital ad operations, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek).
  • Basic understanding of tracking (pixels, tags) and how ads are served online.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML or JavaScript for troubleshooting ad issues is helpful.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make improvements based on performance.
  • Comfortable using reporting tools like Google Analytics or similar.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining technical issues to clients or non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with video advertising and OTT (over-the-top) platforms.
  • Knowledge of programmatic buying and real-time bidding (RTB) processes.
  • Familiarity with ad fraud prevention, brand safety, and viewability best practices.
  • Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other industry certifications.
