Job Description
We are looking for a Strategy Director with strong experience in CRM, Creative Strategy and program performance management. The ideal candidate should have diverse marketing strategy experience that 1) Helps provide data driven insights and leadership for client's customer acquisition, loyalty and retention efforts 2) Collaborate with the data team to identify opportunities to optimize programs. Given that this is a multi-faceted role, this candidate should have the ability to carve out a niche role within the strategy team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team in the collaborative development of base and/or acquisition program initiatives including creative oversight, strategic POVs & insights from reporting.
- Own compilation & sharing of research for the clients' category, products, and unique business dynamics within the category.
- Lead campaign insights, testing roadmaps and planning discussions in conjunction with Analytics partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior from both first-party data sources and analyses as well as third-party research.
- Be proactive in understanding marketing automation technologies and staying current with the latest industry platforms and capabilities.
- Oversee the strategy of client campaigns and projects to ensure the marketing and creative work is on strategy and on brand. Able to take insights and turn object reporting into differentiating and inspiring creative ideas.
- Own utilization of creative best practices across functional teams.
- Map customer journey to multi-channel touchpoints and identify opportunities for personalization.
- Develop and deliver compelling, well-packaged strategic client presentations.
- Occasionally contribute to new business work and thought leadership content.
Qualifications
- 9+ years' experience in an agency or advertising or marketing environment
- Prior marketing strategy experience that includes CRM, Creative Strategy and program performance management.
- Telecommunications and/or technology brand experience is a plus.
- Able to lead strategic initiatives such as customer journey mapping, identifying messaging platforms & segmentation strategies.
- A self-starter who is competent in independent settings.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, provide clarity and focus for cross-functional teams and proactively navigate client organizations.

Compensation Range: $121,000- $166,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
