Job Description

Publicis Media's TAAG Data Signal Practice Practice is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and overseeing our work plans, ensuring that our work of innovation is being achieved

Key Experience

  • Experience delivering Digital marketing projects
  • Leadership and collaboration qualities – trust, loyalty, empathy, forward thinking, self-starter who’s a curious learner
  • Understanding of client engagement and servicing delivery models including SLAs/commitments, SOW process, and client / vendor management
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other marketing analytics platforms
  • Commitment to user privacy and data security best practices
  • Practical experience in applying industry best practices for technical project delivery, project planning tools (JIRA) and techniques
  • Experience managing client & internal stakeholders
  • Experience in implementing and improving technical process adherence and quality of project by implementing quality metrics
  • Strong organization skills – proving the ability to prioritize to ensure deadlines are met

Key Responsibilities                                                

  • Responsible for driving successful project delivery
  • Establish high level project plan including complete estimates, resource forecasts/levels for delivering end to end scope
  • Effective on-boarding of internal and external project teams
  • Track and report project level score cards against key metrics like effort, resource utilization, project milestones, budgets, to internal stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Effective management of scope and change request process
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and artifacts
  • Manage stakeholder relationship and communications
  • Establish and ensure clear acceptance criteria and deliverables across the project phases and facilitate the same with internal stakeholders

 

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you will need:

    • Results driven approach to delivering successful projects
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Solid understanding of omni-channel customer journey and the role of various solution options in attracting, engaging and retaining customers
    • Curiosity about AI concepts (machine learning, artificial neural networks) a plus.
    • Strong understanding of user privacy and consent regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
    • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn new technologies with a focus on ethical data practices and future-proofing marketing measurement.
    • Ability to influence and/or implement project management tools (Jira) and processes for efficient delivery
    • A passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the ever-changing digital data landscape
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced and often changing environment and under significant deadline pressures
