Epsilon CRM Agency is seeking a highly resourceful and organized Sr. Account Executive who possesses an upbeat, take-charge personality and will be efficient and effective in providing support to their Client Relationship Manager and colleagues.

  • Work together win together: Senior Account Executives are responsible for leading the day-to-day administration and implementation of multi-channel campaigns and initiatives, as well as ensuring flawless program execution.  Integral to the success of this position is the ability to work with all levels and roles within the organization, from functional delivery teams to creative to data to accounting/finance, as well as third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Innovate with purpose: The candidate should be a forward-thinker who actively seeks opportunities and maintains strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build relationships. They must also possess the ability to work well independently and under general supervision.
    • In this role you will:
      • Be part of a new team built to support CRM marketing for a variety of clients in different industries
      • Develop best practices, help with process improvements, and identify ways to increase efficiency

What You’ll Achieve

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all projects and oversee all campaign channels (direct mail, email, digital, SMS, etc.) with timelines and reports.
  • Initiate campaigns and conduct kick-off meetings with sales and delivery teams using clear project request forms.
  • Develop project briefs with input from Client Relationship Managers; manage changes and approvals to ensure alignment.
  • Prepare clear communications and accurately capture, verify, and organize project documentation.
  • Collaborate across departments to build partnerships and assist with financial tracking and monthly reconciliations.
  • Support Post-Program Evaluations and ensure timely client request responses.
  • Keep projects on track, alerting supervisors to potential issues, and communicate reports to the internal team as needed.
  • Interact with all departments and senior management while adhering to confidentiality, security, safety, and professional conduct policies.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:
    • 3-5 Years relevant work experience
    • Campaign/project management experience in an agency environment
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills reflected in the ability to perform, prioritize and re-prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
    • Exceptional in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills strongly preferred)
    • Excellent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point)
    • Proficient in PDF Editing tool (Adobe Acrobat preferred)
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Experience working with Direct Mail or Print collateral, strongly preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Salesforce CRM experience, a plus
    • Basecamp knowledge, a plus
    • Workfront knowledge, a plus
