Publicis Media were awarded the Adobe business in March 2023 for EMEA, APAC and Japan. To handle the client, we set up a specific unit, sitting within Zenith Global, called Adobe.pub. The EMEA team is 80 strong across London and India and handles all activity for EMEA, from developing strategy through media planning, activating media in digital channels and reporting on campaign performance. We cover both performance and upper funnel activity and are looking to create full-funnel strategies to deliver maximum digital engagement for Adobe. Adobe.pub is a seamless .ext of Adobe’s marketing team.

 

The Opportunity

This role is an opportunity to work with one of the world’s premier global technology companies in a high performing team that is set up to deliver the world’s best digital marketing. It is an opportunity to manage large budgets and learn from the best practitioners in an exciting dynamic & diverse environment.

 

We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact. This person should exude confidence and be able to motivate, educate and aid the development of other members of the team. Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported, it is expected that they should be able to ‘hit the ground running’, and for the most part be able to manage their team autonomously.

 

  • Primary tactical POC across paid search
  • Full accountability for the delivery of paid search results
  • Lead a team of three to deliver, execute and iterate media strategy
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to
  • Ensure the team and accounts are aligned with and executing against agreed KPIs
  • Liaise with Google reps to test new betas
  • Provide insightful and actionable performance reports on a regular cadence
  • Support Business Director with QBRs, commercials and revenue growth opportunities
  • Positive team leadership amongst junior team members
  • Identify areas of development for line reports and create career development plans

Qualifications

We are looking for an established Associate Director or an ambitious and experienced Account Manager, to lead the tactical day to day of the Paid Search campaigns and ensure accounts are aligned with the central strategy and adhere to best practice.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for search, care about delivering results and strive to understand key blockers affecting performance. This search account is one of the largest in the global roster, and the ideal candidate will have a passion for making automation drive performance at scale through the use (not an exclusive list) of scripts, bid management platform or PPC audit tools.

  • Experience in line management
  • Experience of managing Enterprise level accounts in an agency environment
  • Relevant certifications within Google Ads
