Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior, Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team, focusing on the creation and maintenance of robust analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, with expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing ETLs and dashboards to support our data-driven initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design BI solutions to improve businesses stakeholders' decision-making processes. 
  • Develop monitoring and data quality systems. 
  • Develop ETLs to feed services or data models. 
  • Identify business needs to improve our commercial and technical KPIs. 
  • Implement and manage Databases. 
  • Create integrations with external APIs to connect multiple services or data models. 
  • Accomplish sprint objectives. 
  • Document your developments. 
  • Design data architectures. 
  • Communicate your development to non-technical people. (Very important) 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with BI tools as Power BI or Tableau. 
  • Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MondoDB or Redis. 
  • Python hands-on experience is a must; we use it here for data mining, data analysis and ETL processes
  • Experience working with data pipelines. 
  • Experience with Git. 
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies in Amazon Web Services. 
  • Knowledge of Airflow. 
  • Intermediate English. 
  • Have used Atlassian Jira and Confluence. 
  • Have worked with agile methodologies.
