Job Description

THE TEAM

The Performance BU strategizes and provides digital activation services for global advertisers in over 57+ markets around the world with the aim of delivering the optimal outcome. Our Performance Centre of Excellence drives performance solutions across several channels including social, search, programmatic, commerce and affiliates. We have 30 different nationalities in our teams and work closely with teams from Google, Meta, TradeDesk and Amazon to deliver innovative solutions that help deliver business results to our clients.

The Acceleration team within the Performance BU is focused on connecting out people, building places for them to specialize and grow, ensuring Performance is embedded in Publicis Media partnership priorities and delivering programs that will level up our processes and outcomes.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Acceleration Program Manager will support the Acceleration Director and the rest of the team by connecting a global group of experts through shared platforms and programs. This individual will be responsible for managing the product sales pipeline, working closely with each region to track and optimise sales opportunities. They will also help drive the product enablement process, ensuring that deliverables for three key products are tracked and aligned with established processes and templates. Additionally, the Program Manager will support and accelerate our channel & regional priority programs by tracking annual and monthly business priorities and progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage processes, track deliverables, and drive business growth through effective program management.  

PEOPLE:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and regional teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with regional teams to track and report on product sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of enablement activities

PLACES:

  • Build and manage the product sales pipeline and enablement trackers on Smartsheet to drive collaboration and visibility
  • Organise and manage product sales and enablement status meetings for three key products

PROGRAMS:

  • Ensure compliance with process templates and timelines
  • Manage and optimise the product sales pipeline process
  • Track timelines and milestones for three key products and global priority programs
  • Monitor program progress and ensure alignment with regional and channel goals
  • Provide regular updates to senior management
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and drive efficiency
     

Key OKRs:

  • Successfully organise and lead product sales pipeline and enablement meetings
  • Build and maintain global product sales pipeline trackers for three key products
  • Track monthly and annual progress on channel and regional programs
  • Seamlessly project manage priority programs

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in scaled program management
  • Strong understanding of the performance media industry, digital marketing, and customer acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute complex projects

Preferred:

  • Experience in digital channels and / or performance marketing
  • Proficient in programmatic, search, social and commerce channels
  • A passion for driving change and problem solving
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience working with globally distributed cross-functional teams
