Accounts Payable and Receivables Team Lead

Job Description
- Supervise the Finance Operations team. (~7 Emp)
- Oversee the daily activities for Account Payables, Account Receivables, Intercompany Transitions and Travel & Entertainment expenses.
- Organizing and monitoring the payment processes (cash application), debt/cash collection (running aging reports and resolving bad debts with the finance controllers and agency finance).
- Supporting the finance teams on the month-end closing procedures and preparation of the annual statutory financial statements.
- Supporting internal and external audit requirements in the close cooperation with the GL team members
- Provide ad hoc analyses & reports as required.
- Driving process improvement and standardization of the processes.
- Implementing and adhering to Publicis Groupe practices, policies, and procedures that support efficiencies.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience in a similar or related position within a multinational company.
- Ability to manage and lead teams.
- Experienced in IFRS, Local GAAP and Accounting principles and policies
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience in managing a secure and transparent internal control environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent Excel skills
