Your Role

As the Group Platforms Director, you will oversee the ad operations and biddable media product and process at MBM. You'll collaborate with senior specialists across digital planning, search, adtech and analytics to support client objectives and drive advanced audience targeting, reporting, and measurement solutions. You'll also manage a team of Implementation & Biddable specialists, ensuring their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll provide thought leadership and business development support, encouraging trial of biddable platform activities and contributing to our "Point of View" documentation. You'll also play a crucial part in pitch responses and RFPs. Your leadership skills will be vital in nurturing relationships with business and digital directors, promoting staff development, and maintaining our positive workplace culture.

You will take hands-on ownership of client campaigns, supporting advanced audience segmentation and actively managing biddable campaigns to ensure optimal results. You'll lead the reporting process, budget management, and campaign performance monitoring, providing insightful reports to clients and internal teams.

In this role, it is important to build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and Publicis Groupe investment and intelligence division, PMX, as well as identifying new partner opportunities and custom audience solutions. You'll also work with third-party partners on verification and brand safety, ensuring our campaigns meet the highest standards.

Our ideal candidate will foster a culture of learning within the digital team and broader agency by supporting internal knowledge-sharing sessions, providing market updates, and sharing industry trends. Your leadership will ensure the development of internal processes and best practices to enhance team efficacy.
