Job Description
The Director, Content Strategy manages the successful activation of growth strategies for Saatchi & Saatchi X and provide support at the execution level on the Wendy's account. We've created a unique model where we sit onsite at Wendy's HQ (two words: Free. Frosty®.) and blow their minds daily with innovative solutions to whatever creative problems they toss our way. We collaborate with our clients to elevate the expected and embrace the new, the next and the complex.You will use data to develop content strategies to drive sales and a positive customer experience at restaurants with digital menuboards. You will partner with many teams to design & implement strategies. You will have the ability to translate sales data and consumer behavior into strategic opportunities for content optimization, an eye for design and enthusiasm for the customer experience. You will report to Senior Leadership.

Your Impact:
- You will lead the content strategy for all interior and exterior digital signage for Wendy's.
- You'll develop digital content strategies that direct more relevant and effective customer experiences
- You will work with cross-functional team leads to help shape creative execution, testing, optimization and measurement
- You will strive toward continuous improvement and impact
- Work closely with finance to monitor and analyze sales to identify content enhancement opportunities
- Work with Acrelec to develop software enhancements (dynamic pricing, suggestive sell)
- Develop and measure A/B test scenarios to constantly learn
- Handle the digital signage and merchandising strategy for all new program launches including suggestive sell strategy
- Manage digital signage and merchandising blocking charts
- Attend digital signage and merchandising delivery calls
- Review and approve digital signage and merchandising creative
- Responsible for content accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 10+ years experience, 5 years in content strategy or digital merchandising.
- QSR experience
- A portfolio of relevant work: It should showcase your experience in digital content strategy development, testing and measurement
- Strategic thinking, research methodology, and analytical skills
- Experience with how content, design, and experience work together
- Experience translating data into strategic recommendations
- The ability to execute, organize, and defend the work
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Is a team player and master collaborator

Compensation Range: ($121,000 - $157,500). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
