Job Description

An entrepreneurial leader with a passion for outstanding client service, innovation, and commerce-driving activation. An individual who can lead a book of business, drive positive revenue growth, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify new opportunities. A fun, upbeat personality is a plus and overarching curiosity about the omnichannel marketing environment is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse multi-retailer book of business or multiple books of business.
  • Responsible for contributing to revenue and forecast discussions within the agency.
  • Presents to clients and senior leadership using strategic storytelling and creativity in the commerce space.
  • Serve as a direct liaison between client and agency, partnering with client to understand business initiatives and strategy.
  • Ability to facilitate retail media and commerce conversations with client, then activating cross-functional agency teams with clear actions and expectations.  
  • Understanding of commerce media planning, strategy, execution and reporting, preferably in a multi-retailer environment.
  • Able to manage internal conflicts when they arise with straight talk and action-oriented solutions.
  • Leads and executes large initiatives, leveraging the correct teams across a matrixed organization.
  • Effective client budget management, with overarching responsibility for accuracy and reconciliation at scale.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and striving to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7+ years agency work experience is preferred.
  • Experience in retail media and/or commerce marketing (retail media/RMN channels, offsite commerce channels, incentivization, social commerce , email, direct mail, influencer) is required.
  • Experience in shopper marketing and an understanding of full-funnel omnichannel opportunities is preferred.
  • Experience proactively leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with minimal supervision is required. 
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint expected. 
  • Professional maturity and agility in a hybrid working environment is required.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
