Location: Either Cologne, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt or Munich - we have offices in all of these locations

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic internal Publicis Sapient Salesforce team as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.

We're looking for a professional who not only excels in Salesforce Sales Cloud but also brings a fresh perspective to drive innovation. As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in consulting with various stakeholders to enhance and maintain our Salesforce implement operations.

Responsibilities:

Innovate Internal Processes: Evaluate existing workflows, identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency gains, and automation using Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Consult and Gather Requirements: Collaborate closely with sales teams, stakeholders, and business users to consult on and document functional requirements. Translate these requirements into Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations and customizations.

Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with business stakeholders, designers, user experience experts, and developers to design and develop custom applications, integrations, and enhancements that extend Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities.

Data Innovation and Management: Drive data innovation by designing and implementing advanced data models, validation rules, and data governance processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

User Training and Support: Provide training on Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality to end users and actively assist in resolving user issues and inquiries.
