• Able to systematically identify key issues and objectives to prioritize for internal and client needs and gain necessary buy-in
• Shows thought leadership in bringing new, innovative, or different methods of elevating a client's 1) marketing goals or 2) data sophistication and maturity. For example, a Manager will be able to synthesize new learnings that may help augment or pivot a client's current strategy.
• Understands how frameworks and analyses drive overall client business strategy

Communication Skills

• Effectively able to guide strategy and issue resolution using clear, thoughtful communication
• Commands client audiences and turns presentations into a constructive dialogue
• Considered a compelling, organized, and energetic presenter
• Cultivates discussion on a broad base of topics and promotes junior team members to speak up appropriately 
• Frequently leads internal and client discussions, showing ability to pivot as needed

Compensation Range:  $106,500 to $179,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
