Job Description
This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, to start mid November
We are looking for an established Media Planning Account Director to join our team, working on a retail client!
You will be responsible for:
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality service.
- Lead strategic planning and cross-channel media recommendations.
- Oversee campaign execution and reporting, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Provide leadership and development for team members.
- Manage financial aspects of accounts to ensure profitability.
- Manage various stakeholders internally and externally, working in cross-functional teams
- Identify business development opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in client service/media planning at Account Director level
- Experience with multi-market clients (EMEA, APAC etc)
- Experience with FMCG or Retail clients
- Strong knowledge of Paid & Organic Social
- Strong understanding of media touchpoints and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of media tools like AdDynamix and TGI.
- Experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
