Job Description
We're searching for a Senior Account Executive who can bond with the client daily, carry cross-channel Marketing programs to fruition and assist Managers in rolling out client presentations. You'll work together with the Associate Director, using your knowledge of data capability to enhance campaigns. You will report to the SVP, Group Account Director.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Your Impact:
- Knowledgeable of client's business, brand, economics, customer insights, marketing strategy/channels, and competitive analysis
- Understand and articulate overall program strategy, goals, measurement strategy, and result for programs
- Help brainstorm creative strategies, test-and-learn plans, offer strategies, and channel and site strategies
- Be a daily contact for junior to mid-level clients, with a focus on identifying ideas for cross-capability teams to sell new work
- Write short decks and can get into client-ready state with guidance from Marketing Manager
- Consolidate client feedback and leads discussion with internal team members
- Construct clear, error-free, communications (written and verbal) that provides details required for a specific audience (internal and client), including clear expectations/action requested and possible effects (i.e., timing, costs)
- Begin to lead status meetings
- Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating to the team and providing proper materials/documentation
- Can identify potential financial issues related to the project and escalate
- Collaborate with centralized scoping group to develop accurate and informed scopes of work on small to medium-sized projects, including schedules and budges using correct tools (i.e., Microsoft Project)
Qualifications
- Four year degree
- 4 years experience
- Creative agency experience
- Email and search engine marketing experience
- Eagerness to start leading a team
- Commitment to a client and ability to manage expectations
- Education in web development
- You are open to travel
