Job Description

As an Assistant Analyst, you will work with the analytics team to build and maintain dashboards and other tools to monitor campaign effectiveness within the agency.

Success for this position is measured by the ability to accurately manage large data sets and help both internal and client teams to uncover actionable insights within campaigns.

An ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets and will also be detail-oriented and passionate about working with data and visualization tools.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools to provide insights to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a centralized data repository and promote data management best practices
  • Conduct regular data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and analyses
  • Work with clients and internal teams to understand needs and find solutions for them
  • Supporting campaign reporting team for ad hoc analysis and report assignments
  • Identifying opportunities to automate analyses and identify processes for efficiencies
  • Bringing analytical rigor and precision to all deliverables
  • Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as required
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or other quantitative discipline
  • Work or Internship experience in a professional service related to marketing or advertising
  • Basic knowledge of the digital space and the tools used to measure digital advertising including Google Campaign Manager (CM360), Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau (Power BI is a plus)
  • Familiarity with database concepts and data warehousing processes
  • Fluency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation
  • Strong attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience dealing with large datasets
  • Problem solving skills - Ability to identify holes in data and provide solutions
  • Experience with online / offline media is a plus – understanding data sets, APIs, and data organization

Additional Information

Compensation Range:  $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
