Job Description
This newly created role will lead the recently expanded global paid social scope for one of Zenith Global’s loyalist clients, Essity.
Essity is a global Hygiene and Health company. They are “Dedicated to improving well-being through leading hygiene and health solutions”. They have a stronghold in Europe with the Americas and Asia accelerating. They are mostly present across Feminine and Incontinence Care, Kitchen and Toilet hygiene across both B2C and B2B.
They believe in brand building and as such have developed purpose-led campaigns, which take a stand, i.e. Viva La Vulva in 2019 or Periodsomnia 2023 (award-winning campaigns), celebrating women’s intimate V zone.
The Paid Social Associate Director will line manage Paid Social Managers in London and oversee a team of social specialists located in Publicis Global Delivery hub (PGD) in India. This role will sit within the Zenith Global Paid Social team, a rapidly growing and successful team of 100+ paid social experts.
- Responsible for delivering and updating social playbooks to provide guidelines to ensure best-in-class planning and activation
- Leads and advances Paid Social operational excellence to deliver the highest levels of accurate buying, in-platform QA, optimization and reporting
- Grow and develop the account, consistently increasing spend and platform, product and technology adoption and diversifying sources of revenue
Qualifications
- Experience planning, managing and activating multi-market brand and performance campaigns on all global Paid Social platforms
- Managed a global client and team
- Experience using creative, tech, brand safety, verification and data providers, such as DV, IAS, Moat, Nielsen etc
