Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Delivery Lead, you will hold a pivotal leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of high-quality projects and services. This role requires strategic vision, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams. The Delivery Lead will ensure that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement delivery strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of Experts across Google & Adobe Web analytics, Customer Experience Optimization, Visualization and more
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Proactively address issues and challenges that may impact project delivery.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with the company’s commitment to excellence.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes.

Performance Tracking:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track project progress and team performance.
  • Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

Areas of Expertise Required:

  • 8+ years related work experience in the field of data management, marketing analytics, and/or technology
  • 5+ years of experience in a people management or supervisory role
  • Thorough understanding of online marketing (specifically search, social & programmatic) & digital media metrics
  • Proven ability to extract insights from data and present findings.
  • Advanced dashboard/visualization capabilities (Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI)
  • Strong SQL experience & has worked with at least one of the major DBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres and Big Query)
  • Exposure to Front-end web development (HTML, CSS)
  • Exposure to Web API development (PHP, Java, C#, Python, cURL)
  • Demonstrated capabilities working with media data within ad servers (CM360, Sizmek) DSP's (DV360, TTD) and clean rooms (ADH preferred)
  • Accreditations/Experience utilizing web (e.g. GA360, AA) & App analytics (e.g. Firebase, Apps flyer, Kochava) platforms
  • Highly organized, detail orientated, QA-focused with demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Flexibility to work in a cross-functional team but also have the initiative to problem solve independently

The following will be highly regarded:

  • Advanced analytical skills across multiple statistical tools & methods
  • Working knowledge cloud computing services for Analytics, preferably GCP (e.g. Big Query, AutoML Tables)
  • Intermediate to advanced Python including Python packages for Data Analysis
  • Comfortable with direct client & partner engagement
