Job Description
About Us: Spark Foundry is a global media agency that brings HEAT to brands, combining data, technology, and creativity to ignite business growth. Our London office is a vibrant and dynamic environment where collaboration and creativity thrive.
Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Media Planning Manager to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving successful media campaigns. As a Media Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing media plans that deliver on our clients' business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic media plans that align with client objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and analyse data to inform media strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide media solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end media planning process, including budgeting, scheduling, and optimisation.
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging media channels.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in media planning, preferably within an agency environment with experience of team management.
- Strong understanding of media planning principles and practices.
- Proficiency in media planning tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital media and emerging platforms is a plus.
