Job Description
As a UX Copywriter, you are a key member of the design team. You plan and craft how the client voice engages with customers. You're a storyteller who is at ease presenting and discussing your work with business partners and stakeholders. Design thinking and human-centered design methodologies are second nature to you, as you contribute to the content systems that deliver meaningful customer experiences.
- Collaborates closely with designers to craft seamless customer experiences
- Writes clear, accurate and compelling user interface copy
- Collaborates with project partners and Digital Customer Experience Strategy team to determine the business objectives that drive content strategy
- Makes recommendations on user requirements for projects and contributes to project scoping and planning
- Obtains competitive experience evaluations and customer data and establishes benchmarks for content
- Develops and documents content creation governance and workflow as well as style, tone and voice guidelines, including recommendations around brand vision
- Presents content concepts in collaboration with designers
- Writers and designs in accordance with design system
- Contributes to the development of the Digital Customer Experience team’s culture and quality standards
- Manage and administer design projects
- Coordinate copy translation
Qualifications
- 3 years + experience in product design or creating of digital experiences.
- Good understanding of user-centered design and related design disciplines (experience strategy, visual design, UX writing, design research, interaction design)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX writing abilities.
- Experience in a design-related discipline (industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology).
- Expert writing, editing and proofreading skills, with experience writing for online required, kiosk, Voice and audio User Interface writing.
- Understanding of interactive design and usability principles and how content strategy and creation contributes to the user experience.
- Nice to have: Experience with Financial client , ADA compliance

Compensation Range: $40.00-$62.00 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
