    Job Description

    Epsilon is looking for a detail oriented and highly organized candidate to support our Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Management System (CMS) initiatives, including processing and vetting of assets, metadata tagging, implementation, maintenance.   This candidate will be responsible for ongoing support of internal, external stakeholders, and administer Epsilon’s AEM DAM system.  This candidate will also serve as a DAM/CMS librarian of digital assets and plays a vital role in the management of assets and orchestration of content delivery across Epsilon. This role will work closely with DAM stakeholders to implement workflows, metadata strategies, and tool integrations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • This candidate will fill the role of DAM/CMS Librarian and will perform asset management in AEM Assets. 
    • The Digital Asset Specialist will oversee the asset lifecycle from asset request through reviews and approvals to handoff and archiving
    • Asset Ingestion, Retrieval from affiliate DAM/CMS systems, Auditing, monitoring, and reporting on asset rights/usage/restrictions and compliance
    • Ingest creative assets to the DAM/CMS system; perform quality control of files; embed required metadata
    • Catalog assets using best practices for describing records; follow metadata standards, adhere to language/formatting guidelines, use controlled vocabularies
    • Perform quality control for record data, including usage rights; audit existing metadata as needed
    • Facilitate support of internal and external content contributors, across the omni-channel marketing experience
    • Provide technical support for system users and troubleshoot issues
    • Manage DAM user accounts 

    Qualifications

    • 5-8 year’s experience working with a DAM/CMS solution in Marketing or Premedia agency
    • Hands on Experience with Adobe Cloud Assets & AEM
    • Hands on Experience to define Metadata Schemas & Tags, OOTB & Custom Workflow, Assets Collection, Assets Omni Search and other assets features.
    • Hand on Experience with Assets Template and Good Knowledge in InDesign Server
    • Hands-on experience with AEM Assets API, Asset Microservices, and Dynamic Media.
    • Good Experienced in Adobe Cloud Assets Integration with Other Adobe Products (Workfront, Brand Portal, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Asset link)
    • Good Experienced with Assets Migration from various platform to Adobe Cloud Assets
    • Hands on Experience in Java, Python, REST and Microservices.
    • Good Experience in Java Script, Html, CSS.
    • Hands on Experience in GIT and Process
    • Good Knowledge in Build (Maven) and Deployments Pipeline (Jenkins or any other deployment tools)
    • Good experience in writing OSGi Services and managing the configurations
    • Must aware Unit Test Framework
    • Team player with an interest in process efficiency and effectiveness, excellent communication skills
    • Good relationship skills, including dealing with multiple stakeholders and the ability to think on your feet
    • Familiarity with data governance principles and rights management
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
    • Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
