Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Production Admin Coordinator with an excellent attention to detail to support our Producers with vital production admin, including oversight of production workflow systems, supplier management, budget management and studio-based pre-production.

You will love multitasking and be passionate about solving problems. We’re a very collaborative team, so someone with bags of initiative and curiosity is essential!

We’re a lovely bunch and all about personal development, so you’d be supported and mentored by the Senior Management Team to develop your skillset and grow in your role.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Producers in managing invoicing, supplier payments and ensuring all relevant data is prepped for budget reconciliations.
  • Work closely with our finance team to ensure consistent and accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist with tracking freelancer contracts, POs and payments alongside Production Director
  • Track & update insurance documents, DBS checks and subscriptions for the wider team
  • Assist in maintaining a database of production vendors
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for internal and client meetings.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience in a production administration or Production Secretary environment
  • Be highly motivated & collaborative
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstratable problem solving skills
  • Intuitive & proactive nature
