Job Description
Tasks and responsibilities include:
Lead strategic initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights to inform design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of creative, data, media, and technology experts to enrich brand connections
Shape the direction of digital products and experiences through a deep understanding of user experience and interface best practices
Develop and implement innovative strategies that align with business goals and client objectives
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design standards to maintain a cutting-edge approach
Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their business is maintained
Qualifications
To fulfill this role, you’ll need a combination of the following:
Proven experience as a data-driven strategist in digital product and experience design
Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and impactful digital design work
Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance outcomes
Proficient in design programs, particularly Figma, with a keen eye for detail
An understanding of experience delivery platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe AEM, etc.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members
Curiosity, passion, self-motivation, and a continuous willingness to learn and adapt
