Job Description

Department Overview: 

The Global Production team forms part of Publicis Groupe’s key growth drivers alongside Creative, Media, and Commerce. It exists to develop and produce high quality production solutions globally through organic growth and direct-to-client new business opportunities. 

This role is to support the Global Production Content Associate Director to collect, consolidate, update, organise, store and share all materials relevant to support the global production’s go-to-market and new business propositions, whether new and organic, global or local. Additionally, some support will be required in the marketing and communications workstream. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Support with identifying key content: creds, solution/product presentations, case studies, reels, key network data, best new business responses… 

  • Organise, up-date, store and share this content in a dedicated space 

  • Collect best-in-class content from our global client teams, global expert teams (client operations, tech, ESG/DEI, talent, finance) and network 

  • Consolidate, format and share that content as required 

  • Help local markets with their needs for this type of content and their new business responses 

  • Work with the Content Associate Director on new business opportunities with cut-through and relevant content, reusing or repurposing content from their library or collecting and creating new content  

  • Commission, script and supervise the execution of written, still and moving image content, working closely with the Groupe business development design and editing team or other similar resources in or outside of the Groupe 

  • Support Publicis Production marketing and communications efforts, primarily: building our monthly newsletter, event preparations and presence, social media management, website maintenance 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Keen interest in marketing, production and new business work 

  • Informed about current marketing and media trends 

  • Well organised and able to consistently update and track content 

  • Ability to multi-task, able to adapt and respond to changing requirements 

  • Comfortable fielding requests from/to local teams in other countries 

  • Tech-savvy and able to learn tools as needed 

 

Success criteria: 

  • Ability to collect, consolidate and format relevant and cut-through content 

  • Smart, up-to-date and comprehensive content library 

  • Great connection within the global production team, the production network and Groupe business development team 

  • Transform content in compelling visual and written formats (videos are key assets) 

  • Valuable input and support of tasks supporting new business responses
