    As a Senior Tools Analyst, you will be joining an elite team that focuses on delivering the most important organizational tool initiatives.  This team is responsible to design, implement and maintain Atlassian tooling solutions supporting various project management methodologies & working with global stakeholders.

    What you will enjoy in this role?

    A Senior Tools Analyst must be able to work independently, troubleshoot issues as they arise, create workflows, address tool modification requests, and ensure the seamless operation of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence.  A key responsibility will be to architect innovative solutions that are feasible, well thought out, and able to be completed in an established timeframe.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Atlassian products, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams to drive tool optimization and efficiency.

    What you will do?

    • Design, implement, and maintain solutions within Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian products to support various project management methodologies and processes.
    • Perform user management, permission schemes, project configuration, and system settings.
    • Analyze, prioritize, and execute tool modification requests from various departments.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
    • Work with a wide range of cross-teams within the entire company: Operations, Engineering, Product, Account Management, Creative, Media
    • Understand the flow of information through the company to engineer custom ticketing solutions through Atlassian administration.
    • Design and rollout solutions for workload management to increase productivity among supported users.
    • Create business intelligence data reports and dashboards through eazyBI, PowerBI.
    • Build custom Confluence spaces to provide organization to our supported users.
    • Strong organizational skills – be the conduit between Business requirements and Engineering processes.
    • Support the Campaign Architect Team in managing engineering queues by fully vetting user requests, including writing pass conditions, clearly stating quantifiable benefits, and properly prioritizing requests.
    • Manage a variety of projects concurrently with varying degrees of scope and urgency.
    • Contribute to the team wiki through documentation, tutorials and structured communication.

    Qualifications

    • Overall 5 – 8 years of Industry experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Atlassian Tool Analyst or in a similar role.
    • Proven experience in designing, modeling, configuring and administering Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
    • Experience with eazyBI, Jira Structure, Advanced Roadmaps and Jira Align is a plus.
    • Proficiency in scripting and plugin development for Atlassian tools.
    • Strong understanding of project management workflows and methodologies.
    • Experience with REST APIs and integration of Atlassian tools with other systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Self-starter, Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Atlassian Certified Professional.
    • Experience working in a Global Captive Centre or similar environment.
    • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
