What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of complex accounts and support with the wider teams’ business
- Deliver significant revenue growth by using business acumen to uncover business needs and identify how Epsilon's DMS solutions can help clients achieve their business goals
- Coordinate internal resources for the delivery of objective based solutions for clients
- Creating and delivering customized sales opportunities for your clients.
- Building relationships with key decision makers within client organisations, while understanding the landscape and gaining account penetration
- Cross-sell and become an expert in different products of Epsilon.
- Understand and unpack the complex political structures of both Publicis and our clients organizations in order to establish our position, push our agenda and driver revenue.
- Negotiating and closing contracts with client’s key decision makers
What You'll Need
- 12+ years of industry experience , including 7+ years of professional digital sales and marketing business experience
- Significant industry experience in Internal Sales / Client Development / Consulting role
- Excelled in a target driven sales position
- Solid quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques
- Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement
- Strong negotiation skills
- Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment
- Comfortable at growing accounts and revenue, not afraid to ask for the business.
- Strategic partner – great relationship builder and can engage a client with road map and vision and set and work towards and beyond key targets
- Can build relationships across multiple disciplines in the client organisation including marketing, merchandising, media decision making from Junior to C-suite. Understanding large complex client organisations, political nuances and how to adapt for success.
- Detail orientated –enjoys the process of the sale and is detail focused.
- Account Planning – helping internal and external stakeholders see the bigger picture and plan
- Highly driven, motivated and ambitious self-starter. Proactive, not reactive.
- Curious to learn and focused on own personal development
