About the Role
The Senior Manager, Analyst & Industry Relations will serve as the liaison between Epsilon and industry analysts, associations and experts to maximize exposure, value, and engagement across the analyst channel. Working alongside Epsilon’s VP of Analyst Relations, you will manage analyst outreach to enhance Epsilon’s reputation as the industry leader in marketing and advertising technology and services.
In this position, you will be responsible for creating a corporate strategy for engaging with key industry groups like the ANA, IAB, SEM, 4A’s and more. You’ll craft the right engagement plans for key industry associations to help drive awareness of Epsilon’s solutions, specific products and/or services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills to determine the appropriate strategy, mix of tactics and messaging to achieve Epsilon’s goals. You will work with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts, including Epsilon & Publicis Groupe leaders, to create new relationships with these organizations while ensuring that the memberships drive value for Epsilon.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Driving the strategy to create this new role/function:
- Conduct research on various industry associations and memberships to determine strategic value as it aligns to Epsilon’s business goals and priorities. This includes monitoring and understanding each organization/membership and identifying, analyzing, and disseminating relevant information in a timely and digestible manner to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand business priorities and key initiatives & offer suggestions for association/membership opportunities to support them.
- Developing the value in these relationships by:
- Manage calendar of engagements, opportunities, & interactions to strengthen relationships with relevant organizations to ensure that Epsilon is well-positioned and top-of-mind with those who influence the opinions of the market.
- Support the ongoing marketing needs of organizations as it relates Epsilon’s active participation.
- Help incorporate association/membership activities into the marketing calendar for events, thought leadership & demand generation activities.
- Manage monthly reporting and metrics including interactions, outcomes, and results against goals.
Job Qualifications:
- 6-8 years analyst relations/industry relations/communications experience
- Preference given for experience in the marketing/advertising technology & services industry
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university or equivalent experience, with an ideal focus in marketing, public relations or communications
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing scenarios, stay calm under pressure
- A leader willing to get into the details to build a new role/function
- Passion and curiosity for technology, digital marketing, data and innovation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Tenacious, organized, and self-motivated; ability to be respond quickly
