• Leading technological projects in the realms of e-commerce, loyalty, SaaS, and more.

• End-to-end process management from the strategic stage, through technological implementation, and throughout the product lifecycle in Agile methodology.

• Managing integration between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Close collaboration with development teams and UX/UI designers.

• Defining and monitoring KPIs for the team and the product, as well as defining the product roadmap.

• Translating the product strategy into functional specification documents.

• Practical experience of at least two years in managing a technological product or projects in the Hi-tech or at a startup.

• Ability to lead and manage a project, including the work team and customer management.

• Managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment.

• Independence, initiative, and quick self-learning abilities.

• Ability to write detailed functional specifications and high logical understanding.

• Ability to define user needs and user interface.

• High motivation and dedication to problem-solving.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities with customers and peers.

• Experience working with Jira system and Agile working methodology – an advantage.
