Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive join one of our consumer teams. We are a creative and fast paced agency, who thrive off turning around extraordinary award-winning projects, creating campaigns that get people talking and pushing creative boundaries.
- You will act as a strong part of the media team, selling in projects from across the agency at least once a week. As such, you should have a good knowledge of the media landscape and a number of ‘go to’ journalist contacts, ideally across different sectors
- You will be responsible for liaising with influencers across various campaigns, both paid and organic
- Support the team in the day-to-day running of a large press office account, with responsibilities including; responding to media enquiries, drafting press releases and media pitches, sampling and gifting influencers and celebs
- Participating in all-agency brainstorms for new and existing client briefs, bringing creativity and insights to the table
- Supporting the team on video and photography shoots
- You will be responsible for compiling detailed campaign reports, including coverage analysis
Qualifications
- Demonstrable agency experience working within consumer PR and client facing experience
- Writing: Strong writing skills are essential, to support with drafting newsworthy press releases and media pitches.
- Multi-Tasking: Execution responsibilities across 3-4 accounts at any one time
- Proactive: Actively taking responsibility for day-to-day tasks and priorities and updating team on progress
- Problem Solving: Using creative insight and problem-solving daily
- Media Knowledge: Must have fantastic selling in skills, with a strong news sense and a host of key media contacts demonstrated through secured coverage
