Job Description
Pre-Sales is the glue between all Epsilon teams – responsible for shaping prospective deals to ensure revenue is maximised through quick, efficient integrations whilst delivering a first-class client experience.
Pre-sales is focused on client education across all Epsilon products, driving efficiencies within the sales cycle through strong cross team collaboration whilst being a thought leader on industry changes.
In your role you will be required to combine technical knowledge with commercial acumen. The role will have a wide remit covering product demonstrations, managing complex multi stake holder client onboardings and improving/supporting the commercial functions. You will play a key part in shaping the future of the company driving business revenue across all products.
The role:
- Develop and create process to find efficiency throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage internal & external resources for integration and delivery of objective based solutions.
- Provide thought leadership on key team topics e.g ID solutions, creative optimisations etc.
- Lead and manage internal projects to deliver best in class client experience.
- Build relationships with multiple internal stakeholders including Business Development, Account Management, AdOps, Product, IT Security, Data Privacy etc.
- Facilitate Epsilon CORE Onboarding across all applicable products (Digital Media Solutions, Yieldify, Retail Media, Real Time Messaging)
- Supporting and developing content to support sales function.
- Leading client demonstrations of SAAS platforms and facilitating client queries.
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders, decision makers providing solutions to maximise business revenue.

- Strong organisational skills – ability to prioritise based on revenue and manage timelines/expectations effectively.
- Strong communication skills – managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Intrigued by the digital industry and have a proficient – expert knowledge of digital marketing landscape.
