Job Description

Are you passionate about transforming the online consumer journey? Publicis Media is seeking a talented Commerce Manager to join our team and help our leading client accounts in the UK achieve their Commerce ambitions. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in the dynamic world of digital retail!

As a Commerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing top-notch retail strategies that align with our clients' business objectives. You'll work closely with the account team, contributing to customer journey optimisation initiatives and providing qualitative assessments of retailer websites and off-site marketing. Your expertise in eCommerce and understanding of optimisation tactics will drive tangible results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the account team to deliver exceptional online retail strategies.
  • Contribute to customer journey optimisation through qualitative assessments and audits.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by supporting the retail data roadmap.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Support business upskilling on key topics and emerging trends.

 

Qualifications

  • Methodical, organised, and adaptable individuals with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience managing commerce activity in a brand, retailer, or agency setting.
  • Broad digital marketing experience, including eCommerce.
  • Exceptional logical thinking and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
