Job Description

As a ‘Manager-Data Strategy’ on a dedicated client team, you will lead on delivering customer-centric solutions and in maintaining good relationships with your internal and external client(s). Reporting directly to the Date Strategy client lead, you will actively support in the design and delivery of client strategies and seek new growth opportunities for your clients and the Groupe.

 

Client Relationship Management

  • Build trust and maintain good relationships with internal and external clients by adapting to their ways of working, timely response, quality delivery, and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Support your team lead in designing presentations and workshops to communicate best practices and solutions to clients.

 

Strategy Development and Execution

  • Contribute to business growth by supporting new business pitches and identifying organic growth opportunities on existing accounts.
  • Develop client strategies, which include understanding the brief, conducting GAP analysis, framing the problem statement, evaluating, and recommending solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of client industry using syndicated sources, campaign data, and website analytics to uncover insights.
  • Track performance through accurate delivery of reports regularly, provide insights, and make recommendations.

 

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of strategy and transformation projects.
  • Utilize all available platforms and tools to drive process efficiency, enhance ways of working, and digitalize our operating models.
  • Have a good understanding of Publicis Groupe products and services to successfully navigate and utilize them in clients’ businesses.

  • Continuously upskill in all things MarTech and AdTech, strategic frameworks focused on marketing transformation, go-to-market, and performance marketing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in multinational organizations within the relevant fields.
  • Experience required: marketing or media or ecommerce or ad agency client servicing or consultancy
  • Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel intermediate proficiency.
  • Extroverted with natural people skills
