Job Description

Are you ready to dive into the world of Out-of-Home (OOH) media? The role focuses on administration relating to Operational & Activation tasks around campaign approval. It’s an exceptionally varied role that includes trafficking artwork, booking, invoicing/reconciliation and the reporting of campaigns across OOH media and all our exciting clients/agency brands.

As a Campaign Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Maintain central folders with billing lists, approval forms, and client purchase orders.
  • Upload campaign data to PURL and manage internal processes.
  • Set up campaigns, handle ad hoc changes, and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Input campaign budgets into the invoicing system and match them to client purchase orders.
  • Collect and submit information for OOH Media Owner details and campaign tracking.
  • Manage artwork trafficking and ensure timely activation.
  • Compile end-of-campaign reports to ensure compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve media vendor invoice/order queries promptly.
  • Pull data for finance audits and team reporting.
  • Develop understanding of media and client requirements.
  • Contribute to team meetings and initiatives.
  • Support ad-hoc duties from OOH Ops and Finance directors.

Qualifications

  • Proactive and results-driven with a positive outlook.
  • Excellent communicator, responsive to emails and requests.
  • Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets, especially in Excel.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and databases.
  • Able to meet deadlines accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Eager to develop and learn new processes.
