Job Description

Are you ready to make a real impact in the world of digital retail? Publicis Media is looking for a dynamic Commerce Associate Director to join our team and help shape the future of our leading client accounts in the UK. This is your chance to be at the forefront of retail strategy, driving client growth and innovation!

As a Commerce Associate Director, you'll develop and implement cutting-edge retail strategies that align with our clients' business objectives. You'll support initiatives like digital shelf eContent optimisation and upskill client stakeholders on essential Commerce topics. Your strategic insights and communication skills will be crucial in solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive retail strategies with the account team.
  • Bring strategies to life through scalable pilots and projects.
  • Set and track KPIs to enhance client performance.
  • Use data insights to revolutionize customer shopping experiences.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Lead efforts to upskill the business on emerging trends.

 

Qualifications

  • We are looking for a Senior Manager/Account Manager looking to take that step up to an Associate Director role. 
  • Methodical, organised, and adaptable individuals with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in digital retailing from a retailer, brand, or agency environment.
  • Preferably with experience in retail media or performance marketing activation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to challenge clients diplomatically.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with significant growth opportunities.
