Job Description

This role will be responsible for supporting the Learning & Development Team reporting into the L&D Business Partner ensuring the business achieves its strategic learning objectives.

You will provide key support across our entire L&D remit, which includes management of training session enrolments/reporting, liaising with external trainers to ensure preparedness, efficiently using Marcel Classes (our L&D LMS), confidently project managing any programmes/projects and some elements of facilitation.

You will develop trusted relationships across Publicis Groupe and provide on the ground insight, which will be fundamental to the contribution of the success of our people’s growth by supporting the learning experience and engagement, succession planning, whilst supporting our client business growth and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for employee queries via the L&D Inbox, managing the L&D programme schedule/diary and ensuring Marcel Classes/Marcel.ai best practice is implemented.
  • Be responsible for driving learners to the training opportunities available, depending on their career levels, to ensure that all training sessions are filled with delegates.
  • Build a strong understanding of the business capabilities and needs of our agencies/practices within Publicis Groupe that can feed into the planning of suggested training content and delivery methods.
  • Support our DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) team and EAGs (Employee Action Groups) to ensure all learning is inclusive and caters to a broad range of differing needs across the business.
  • Ensure you fully understand the L&D content and appropriateness of curriculum, and its purpose of driving skills, knowledge, and behaviours in line with Publicis Groupe business and people needs.
  • Demonstrate complete ownership of specialist projects (small to medium size), from need to evaluation, taking into consideration diverse ways of learning and adult learning theory.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the L&D team and key stakeholders, to feed into strategies and meetings of various levels/communities across the business.
  • Provide Marcel Classes best practice (our L&D LMS) to the L&D team and build a strong relationship with the Marcel Classes team, ensuring key updates be brought into the UK market in the best and most efficient way.
  • Support with regular H1 and H2 reporting for Practice CEOs and insights to L&D team, to feed into strategies and meetings of various levels/communities across the business. Using data smartly ensuring that the L&D team can always learn and improve in different areas where possible.

Stretch Goals:

  • Confidently and accurately provide solutions to questions presented by entry to mid-management level across the organisation.
  • Demonstrate complete ownership of smaller L&D programme’s end-to-end management, from need to evaluation, taking into consideration, adult learning theory and Publicis Groupe people and business needs.
  • Understand how to evolve training content and programmes to ensure that it aligns with the strategic needs of the business and people.
  • Confidently present and facilitate training content, with minimal support.
