Job Description

We are seeking a experienced CRO Manager to join our team in London. Although this is a CRO manager role, talent in UI design and project management is one of the main focuses. The ideal candidate will be a master in UI design and an organisational mastermind who knows how to get things done efficiently and keep track of progress. This role involves working closely with clients to improve their conversion rates through strategic, data-driven optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

- UI Design Expertise: Design and optimise user interfaces to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.

- Organisational Skills: Develop and manage CRO strategies, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored CRO solutions.

- Data Analysis: Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement.

- A/B Testing Management: Plan, execute, and analyse A/B tests and other conversion experiments. Manage tests and coordinate with developers for successful delivery.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement optimisation strategies.

- Team Growth Management: As the team grows, there will be an expectation to manage executives in the future, working closely with the Director of CRO.

- Presentation Skills: Create and deliver presentations and decks on results, ideas, and strategies to clients regularly, conveying complex information in an engaging and understandable manner.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in a CRO role, either within an agency or in-house at a company specialising in CRO.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in key CRO tools such as Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics; knowledge of other tools is a bonus.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

- Client Management: Experience working with clients, understanding their requirements, and managing their expectations effectively.

- Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and recommendations clearly.

- Test and Development Coordination: Experience in managing tests and coordinating with developers to ensure successful test delivery.

- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, with experience creating and delivering engaging and informative decks to clients.
