Job Description

Do these things interest you? You will:

  • Support your Client Development Manager in positioning CJ as the go-to self-service platform for affiliate marketing.
  • Execute on quarterly and annual plans to meet key business objectives.
  • Assist in developing and sharing content to be used by clients, including creation of customer surveys, webinars, videos, blog posts, and newsletters.
  • Consult with clients on the state of their program and sharing growth opportunities and optimization strategies.
  • Collaborating with other departments in CJ (Product, Engineering, Publisher Development, Data Science, Technical Support, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Business Systems, Advertiser Operations) and advocating for the self-service perspective.
  • Work with CJ Support team and clients to troubleshoot complex account and technical related items.
  • Gather client feedback and share internally to shape future developments.
  • Support initiatives to grow client revenue and drive product adoption through research, data analysis and idea creation.

Qualifications

What we look for:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree or related work experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the online marketing industry-ideally digital performance marketing.
  • Clear and effective communication and can convey complex results in a simple, clear manner, using solid business acumen, demonstrating a competent level command of digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to influence/develop account strategies that leverage analysis and insights to contribute to meeting or exceeding advertiser objectives.
  • Ability to execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering exceptional quality results and are able to directly contribute to the formation of client campaigns and quarterly business results.
  • Results oriented problem solver.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in working with remote teams is a plus.
  • SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Pendo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce is a plus.
