Job Description
Work with wider team to handle day-to-day operations of client’s social activity
Key responsibilities include gathering insights to supercharge social ideas, coordinating between suppliers & internal team, and delivering best-in-class social content

Main Tasks
Technical & Product
- Write, edit, and proofread content in both Arabic and English
- Vary copywriting voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by industry, target audience, social platform, and objective
- Film, edit and publish content across different social media channels in real-time during on-ground events
- Set up social listening monitors & conduct regular social listening exercises
- Perform daily quality assurance of community management to ensure all customers inquiries and complaints are handled accurately and in a timely manner
- Create weekly competitive alerts by monitoring social media activity of competition
- Track social content performance on the different channels and formulate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Assemble creative briefs for multi-media designer and freelancers within social media specifications

Qualifications
- 2-3 years professional experience in similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social listening tools is ideal
- Bi-lingual (English / Arabic) proficiency is ideal
- Writing in Khaleeji / GCC dialect (in addition to classical Arabic) is a plus
- Fench is a plus
- Highly computer literate
- Knowledge of the different social media platforms and post formats
